About Us
At CAPERS IN THE KITCHEN, Chef Pam Hunter and Chef Kris Conlon have a deep passion for food and its ability to bring people together. Extremely community driven, Pam and Kris have donated their culinary talents, hearts, and souls to numerous charities across the Central Gulf Coast region.
Chef Kris is known as one of the best Coastal Alabama chefs, with over 28 years of catering experience. Chef Kris‘ specialties include Mediterranean and Gulf Coast cuisine and he enjoys teaching others how to make homemade pasta and bread.
Chef Pam has always loved cooking and entertaining and previously had an Eastern Shore personal chef business, known as Jubilee Bites. In addition to her culinary background, Pam is an experienced event planner.

Enjoy our weekly “Meals and More“ rotating entrees. Pick up a pan of Chef Kris’ Awesome Lasagna along with a fresh baked loaf of his homemade Italian Bread. We offer other home cooked meals as well.
